I TRY AND KEEP THINGS SIMPLE, as few cycling goals as possible. Like 2 or 3. It's not for everybody, but it works stunningly well for me. That's it...

The process revolves around the perfect week, and it's something I'm constantly fiddling with and adjusting.
Nothing big,
just little tweaks.
The big idea I set up a long time ago...
... figure out a process, that if followed, will deliver me as fast as possible to the finish line...
... with the least amount of time required.
It's like baking a delicious apple pie, you just need to know the recipe and have the ingredients. Then, put it in the oven and enjoy when ready...
