Custom products, Personalized products and Pre-order products cannot be returned. We made them just for you.

If you have an issue with custom/personalized/pre-order products, please shoot us a note letting us know and we’ll see what options are available to you.

Be absolutely sure you are ordering the correct size by checking the Sizing Guide and watching the videos there.

Do you want a different size/color? (does not apply to custom/personalized/pre-orders)

Within 30 Days of receiving your order:

FIRST, Select Different Size/Color option below and Add To Cart.

THEN Purchase the size/color product you want.

We will send you a Return Label and packaging with your new order.

As soon as we get your return we’ll credit your account.

Be sure to include a note with your return product explaining the return.

Please send us pictures and description of the issue to help@pedalindustries.com and we’ll get you taken care of ASAP.

Packages returned without a written explanation AND THE ORIGINAL ORDER NUMBER will be difficult, if not impossible to address. Please include a note so we can quickly take care of you. XOXO

Return Merchandise Authorization

If you are getting a new size/color, remember to add that to this order and we will send you a return label.
