make ourselves, a few miles from the coast, out of the same fabrics the European brands use.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing on top of the gear. There is no fee and no subscription. You buy one jersey at $120, and that is the whole buy-in. The tee and the calendar come free in the same box.
How do I get to Insider Pro?
Add a pair of bibs. Pro switches on by itself, in the same order, and the socks and gloves come free in the box with it. You do not apply for it and there is nothing to upgrade later.
When does my discount start working?
The day your kit ships. After that, log in and the Insider price is already on the product. It comes off at checkout on its own, so there is no code to remember and nothing to paste in. Once you’ve placed your order, all qualifying orders through the end of 2027 are automatically adjusted to Insider pricing.
How much do I actually save?
30% off Insider gear and 20% off ISD, across more than 1,200 items. At Pro the ISD discount goes to 30%.
What is ISD?
In-Stock Designs. It is our set range, produced in runs rather than built to your order, so you skip the custom design process. Sizes do sell out, and the popular ones sell out often, in which case we’ll put your order into production and ship ASAP.
How do the photo payouts work?
$5 for a race pic and $10 for a podium pic, one a month. Post the photo, tag PEDAL, and include a link to the race results. Any placing counts on a race pic, so you never have to podium to get paid. If you are not on social, upload it in the Insiders community instead and it counts the same. Tagging us is what lets us post to our socials on your behalf.
Is there a cap on the photo money?
Yes. Up to $50 a season as an Insider and up to $100 a season at Pro. Race pics and podium pics both count toward the same cap.
How do I earn on other people?
You get a Friends & Family code. They save 20% and you earn 10%. Bring us a team or a club and that is 10% at either level. Most of the industry pays 5 to 8%.
What is the 31%?
That is the top rep tier and it opens at Insider Pro. Build your own collection and you earn up to 31% on what it sells. We promote it, we run the ads, and our design team helps you build it. If you decide to discount your team's pricing, that discount comes out of your percentage, not ours.
When do I get paid?
The sales week closes Monday at midnight and you are paid Tuesday by Zelle. Direct to you, no store credit and no minimum. A statement lands in your inbox every week with every code, every order and your total owed.
Where is the kit made?
Printed, cut and sewn in California by our own team, out of Italian fabric, with an Italian multi-density chamois in the bibs. Nothing arrives here finished.
Why is my custom kit not in stock?
Because it does not exist until you order it. Custom Insiders kit is built to your order rather than pulled off a shelf, which is how you can have any colourway you like in your size. If you want something that ships from stock, that is what the ISD range is for.
