Before any of the earning matters, the kit has to be worth racing in. This is gear we make ourselves, a few miles from the coast, out of the same fabrics the European brands use.

How do I become a member?

Buy an Insiders 2027 jersey, or a jersey and bibs together. That purchase turns you into an Insider automatically, no application required.

Does a speed suit make me a member?

No. Speed suits are Insider-priced like the rest of the gear, but they don’t qualify you for membership on their own. Membership starts with a jersey or a full kit.

Do bibs on their own make me an Insider?

No. You’re very welcome to buy bibs by themselves and we’ll ship them, but a bibs-only order doesn’t start a membership and doesn’t switch on the discounts. The jersey is the buy-in. Add one to the same order and you’re an Insider immediately, and jersey plus bibs clears Insider Pro in one go.

I already have the jersey. How do I get to Insider Pro?

Add a pair of Insiders Pro bibs. Your Insiders spend is a running total, so the moment it crosses $270 your account moves to Insider Pro on its own. Nothing to re-apply for and no second membership to buy.

What decides my level?

How much you’ve spent on qualifying Insiders 2027 gear. Under $270 puts you on Insider; $270 or more moves you to Insider Pro.

How do I get my discount?

Log in to your account. Your Insider price shows in red on every eligible product and comes off automatically at checkout, nothing to type in. Insider is 20% off ISD and 30% off Insider gear; Insider Pro takes ISD to 30% as well.

What’s ISD?

ISD is PEDAL’s In-Stock Designs line: a set range of designs we make ahead and hold ready to ship, so there’s no custom lead time. Insiders save 20% on all of it, Insider Pro members save 30%.

Being real inventory cuts both ways. Sizes and colours do sell out, and the popular ones sell out regularly. If you order something that’s gone, it isn’t cancelled, it joins the next production run, and we’ll show you the ship date before you pay. As the program grows we carry more depth, so the waits get shorter.

When do I actually get paid?

Your sales week closes Monday at midnight and you’re paid by Zelle on Tuesday. No minimum to hit, no store credit. You also get a weekly statement showing every code used, who used it and what you’re owed.

How does the Friends & Family code work?

Your code gives a friend 20% off and pays you 10% of what they spend. Each code is single use and generated fresh, which keeps it off the coupon sites. It doesn’t stack on top of Insider member pricing.

What’s the difference between a Race Pic and a Podium Pic?

What you’re wearing, and what you’re standing on.

A Race Pic is you racing in your Insiders jersey or full kit. Any placing counts, you never have to podium. It pays $5.

A Podium Pic is you on the podium in your Insiders tee, which is exactly why there’s a tee in your box. It pays $10.

Both work the same way: post it, tag PEDAL, link the race results. Both count toward one season cap, $50 a season as an Insider and $100 as Insider Pro. A single race can pay both if you race in the kit and change into the tee for the podium.

What’s the difference between 10% and 31% commission?

Every rep earns 10% on the sales they bring in, already ahead of the 5-8% the industry pays. The 31% rate is for Insider Pro members who create their own collection. PEDAL promotes it, runs ads behind it and gives you design help, so the bigger cut reflects the bigger build.

31% is the full cut, and it’s yours to allocate. If you choose to discount the pricing for your team, that discount is taken out of your 31%, not off PEDAL’s side. So you decide the trade: hold the line and keep the full commission, or give some of it back to get more of your team into kit.

Does the member discount apply to the kit that gets me in?

Your first Insiders 2027 purchase is paid at full price. That’s the buy-in. Everything else in that same order already gets member pricing, and from then on your Insider price applies across the site.
