THE 2 TYPES OF BIKE PREP

I HAVE 2 MODES WHEN IT COMES TO BIKE PREP.  One I'll do tonight, the other I hope to do sooner rather than later.

One is shameful.

One is zenful.

Tonight's bike prep will be a quick check of the tire pressure and drivetrain freshness.  It's late, I wanna hit the hay.

The other is the day before a race bike prep... A full detail, going over every single part.  Checking for anything loose or worn out.  Anything that could fail.

One is often rushed.

The other is slow, careful and thoughtful.
