There was one thing that had people dropping like flies.
It surprised me.
They were required to post their results each day.
Just post.
Miss a day and they were out.
Hardcore.
Blocked.
Of course you can't outsource your fitness, but you can outsource your task master to some heinous person like me... and you should, if you need it... and a lot of us need it, not NEED, but need like need some sort of accountability.
So get a plan.
