10 weeks to RaceDay Ready: expect pain, mind-stretching, new habits, time lost. Results doubtful, confidence and fitness should you make it.
There was one thing that had people dropping like flies.
It surprised me.
They were required to post their results each day.
Just post.
Miss a day and they were out.
Hardcore.
Blocked.
Of course you can't outsource your fitness, but you can outsource your task master to some heinous person like me... and you should, if you need it... and a lot of us need it, not NEED, but need like need some sort of accountability.
So get a plan.

I feel faster! Stronger overall sitting and standing. Another bonus is increase in motivation, when I feel stronger I want to ride more do more cross training and make nutrition better! It’s like a downhill ride start slow but picks up speed the more you go!!

Yes. For sure. Like Kyle I notice in the mirror. My chest is bigger and I am thinking I need to move up a shirt size from md to lg because the chest and shoulders are tight. It really is so quick and easy I don’t know why I just didn’t do it in the past.
