EQUIPMENT OR COMMITMENT?

EQUIPMENT OR COMMITMENT?

WHAT'S MORE IMPORTANT EQUIPMENT OR COMMITMENT?  Without training the speediest steed is a sloth, without a decent rig the fittest racer won't stand a chance...

... so where do we focus?

On neither one.

We focus on the result we are looking for and then do the absolute minimum amount required to obtain it...

... anything more is waste.

... anything less is neglect.

... the minimum is most efficient.

For example, I want to be strong.

  • It feels good
  • Increases control on the bike
  • Burns fat

Do I need a gym membership or a tricked out facility at home?

I don't think so.

I'm doing just fine with adjustable dumbbells and a piece of webbing.  It's so simple, I can do almost all my exercises on the road.

Too often, we hesitate or don't start at all because we feel we lack just the right equipment when all we really need is...

... commitment to do the minimum amount required for success.

That's exactly what my 10-week challenge is all about, doing the minimum...

... to get you the maximum results.

Are you ready to take the challenge?

10-weeks is all it takes to get you RaceDay Ready.
