Custom changing poncho

Our team had custom designed graphics for our race day bags and ponchos, they came out great.
I purchased 2 ponchos, one small, one large. They are very lightweight and packable. They are a silky fabric not terri-cloth. Being so light weight, and the slits going pretty high up the leg, one hand is needed to hold the bottom down if there is a breeze. Maybe reducing the lenght of the slit or adding weight of some type at the bottom, wether it's a hem of heavier material, metal washers similar to the ones in drapes or shower curtains? I would have selected 5 stars if the poncho stayed down.
