Join me in San Clemente for my traditional Big Week. One giant week of road miles featuring my favorite rides on some of our most famous roads with our a few of our most notorious groups.
- Monday 2-3 hours, lunch spin up to Coto de Caza
- Tuesday 3-4 hours, TMWC (Tuesday Morning World Championships)
- Wednesday 4-5 hours, GMR to Chrystal Lake (Tour of California)
- Thursday - 4-5 hours, Palomar Mountain (Tour of California)
- Friday - 1-2 hours, spin along coast to Camp Pendleton
- Saturday - 3-4 hours, THUG ride with the best and most decorated group in SoCal.
We'll base out of my home and my friend Craig's Surfbreak Hotel.
The awesome Ivette will be on hand each day for massage and other recovery hacks.
The amazing Coach Jeana will be on the rides and hanging around after to talk training secrets.
The outstanding Nutrition Expert (tbd) will join us for in depth nutrition discussions.
