You can skip some workouts some time,
But, you can't skip all the workouts all the time.
Why didn't I skip today's?
Well...
- It rains in races, so it's good to have a feel for wet roads and clothes
- I'm taking off 10 days this month, gotta get the rides in that I can
- I applied Pelli Bike Care's ceramic coating to my bike and wanted to test it
- I also applied Wend Wax' new ceramic lube to my chain and wanted to test that.
... I had to get out there, conditions were perfect for testing.

What I didn't have to test out is the KOM jacket, because I already know how awesome it is for just such a day.
40 degrees and raining.

Cuts the wind and water like no other, yet breathable.
If it's super cold, add arm warmers and a 2nd jersey for layers... probably what I'll wear for tomorrow's 38 degree start.
