TOP 5 REASONS TO HIT THE GYM
FIRST, I HATE HITTING THE GYM. But, ya know it's the thing to do. Especially, in the off season. I try and keep it manageable...
... I hit the home gym.
Pull Ups and Push Ups are my main stays, and here are the top 5 reasons.
- Strong core
- Strong back
- Strong grip
- Better posture
- Much improved bike handling
- Much improved out of the saddle climbing and sprinting.
If you're not into that stuff,
if you're too busy to spend 5-10 minutes a day,
if you prefer looking like a T-Rex...
... then skip it.
But, really, it's less than 10 minutes most day.
Way less.
And yes, I know that was 6...
... I like to overdeliver.
