THE TWO TYPES OF PEOPLE I LIKE

MY FRIEND RB POSTED UP SOMETHING AND IT GOT ME THINKING ABOUT THE TWO TYPES OF PEOPLE I LIKE.  Don't get me wrong, I love everybody... but there's a helluva a big difference between liking and loving.  And I don't like a lot of people.

But, I do like athletes and hard workers.

There are my people... the people I get, understand and want to hang around with.

It's partly a respect thing... I respect people who take care of their bones and flesh, regularly ringing out their best.  I respect people who have a dream or passion or vision and are getting after making their best contribution.

I don't respect sloth.

Nor do I like it.

Does this make me a bad person?  Probably.  Do I care.  Not really.

There are plenty of hardworking athletes like RB to keep me endlessly fascinated with what's possible in life.
