THE RESET
WHEN THE SEASON IS OVER, we can take a break or we can train on. The problem for most of is deciding when it's over...
... and hitting reset.
How do we do that?
Do we go full couch surfer...
... gorging on chips and dip?
Or, pave the months ahead with base so thick and dense...
... it will steamroll the competition?
Or, pursue activities that compliment our passion...
... and comeback with new, sharper skills?
Honestly, I dunno.
I only know...
... it's time to reset.
