- 1 minute all out up a hill
- spin around the loop and do it 10 times
... and I love it.
It looks like a sure fire way to see stars, and
... possible vomit.
This is why it's so crucial to have faster friends,
people that are way better,
putting us to shame.
There is a 0% I'd do that workout on my own.
I mean, I'd roll out with the structure in mind, but...
... I'd never go as deep and hard on my own.
