STOP COUNTING THE MILES
THERE'S A REASON I DON'T COUNT MILES. I mean I do, but I don't. Not really. Because miles don't really count. There is only one thing that counts...
... time.
Time in the saddle.
In four hours on the road, I can cover 100 miles. On a twisty single track, 100 miles can take 8-9 hours.
Don't count the miles, make the miles count.
It's part of doing All You Can Do, one of the chapters of my book.
