SOMETHING OLD IS SOMETHING SWEEET
STICK AROUND LONG ENOUGH and the favorite best route ever will potentially maybe possibly, fall out of favor. Be forgotten and...
... be nothing but a fond a memory.
Until it's rediscovered.
Some of the crew started doing such a favored route a while back...
... one we ripped our legs off on twenty years ago.
Today I joined.
And I'll be dawgawned it if wasn't the funnest thrashing ever...
- 7 miles
- no lights, no stops
- rollihng and punchy 1200' of gain
... well, just as fun as I remember.
Part of the reason was the weather was insanely perfect...
... and we used it as a "warm up" to connect to a larger ripping group ride.
So, the old ride which is now the new ride connected to another even older ride that never died...
... turned out to be a heckuva way to log an exceptional off-season sweet-spot ride.
