SLEDDING IMPROVED MY PEDAL STROKE, A LOT

IT'S WINTER AND KIDS ARE OUT SLEDDING. Me too, and it's done wonders for my pedal stroke... ... especially out of the saddle. But, it doesn't snow where I live? Not a problem. Not that kind of sled. Bend down and push on the bar sticking up and magic happens in your ankles because you have to use them to get that weight moving... ... while developing speed and power.
