So, let's dive into my diabolical method...
- get on the bike
- sprint all out for 10 seconds
- recover like a sloth between efforts
... to get, faster, stronger, better.
That, my fine lycra'd friend will get us...
- recruiting muscles we need
- toughen our tendons
- increase balance
... prepared for real world racing.
Sprinting all out can be awkward...
- spinning like mad
- pulling and pushing the bars
- fully connected core and back
... we have to put it all together.
We need more time doing that,
not less.
For some,
that's too simple.
For others,
it hurts too much.
For us, me and you,
it sounds like heaven.
Because it is.
