One measly 1% block of our waking hours is 9.6 minutes.
What can we do with 1% of our day to get faster?
- Chop and prep a fresh salad
- Stretch
- A massage or Hypervolt session
- Meditate
- Clean and lube our chains
- Check our tires and brake pads
- PushUps and PullUps and Squats
Most of the things, like those above, we can do in less than 10 minutes...
... yet, we act like it'll take hours.
