NO DISC CUSSING

NO DISC CUSSING

I WONDER HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO HAVE AN 'OH SHYTE' MOMENT ON THE ROAD?

Honestly, might not happen.

Rarely happens with rim brakes, unless it's rainin'.

But, I've noticed that on HVY MTL - my gravel machine - I seem to PR a lot of paved downhills without even a minor fret.  or butt pucker.

Those disc brakes deliver juicy confidence... unlike the weak, coy braking on my carbon rims.

But today's fickle braking on the road is nothing compared to what it was on MTBs a hunnert years ago.

If it wasn't the dust or the mud, just guessing when the red hot rims would decide to grab was a form of roulette... one I learned to love, and coldly dropped for my first disc-equipped lady.

The point is there's a lot less cussing with discs.

I'm all for cutting down the cussing... which reminds me...
