Heart rate, because if I'm alone - which happens almost always in gravel racing - I need to know how much I can demand my body.

Miles, because I will attach white tape with each climb's pinnacle, so I know how long I need to push to reach the next downhill.

Time, because I want to stay on top of my nutrition, and for me that means 400 calories/hour.
