Then, he saw me reach up to the bar,
and rattle off some pullups.
HIs arms raised high,

I had to lift him up to get him started.
Along with not being able to speak well,
he's on the short side,
not too heavy.
When it comes to getting people going on something,
it's not about getting them started...
