... the difference between Bond and Mission Impossible.
It's the theme music.
Bond is a moderate tempo...
- seductive
- confident
- charismatic
... like a long solo adventure.
Mission Impossible is built around 5/4 time
- unique
- urgent
- off-kilter rhythm
... fitting the high-stakes, team-based mission.
That is what keeps seducing us back to the the group ride...
... the action and suspense of how it's going to go down.
Which is better?
I dunno.
Some days I'm down for a Bond adventure...
... others, it's all about Hunt-ing with the team.
