HOW TO RIDE YOUNGER

DO YOU WANT TO LOOK YOUNGER? FEEL YOUNGER? RIDE YOUNGER? Too bad. Just kidding. After PRing the fast and feared Powerline descent today...

... I have a few ideas.

First, people of a certain age (me!) should...

... nevereverever look in the mirror.

Never.

So disappointing.

Second, put on your shinybitchin helmet and your spiffyracy glasses and a jersey sure to draw attention...

... then look in the mirror, again.

Yeah, that's what I'm talking about.

Same warrior/warrioress...

... kitted up for killing it.

But, don't get too fancy.

Leave the gray, if you're lucky enough to have experienced life. You want to give your competitors every false hope you can.

Check out what I did today.

Ripped a downhill segment I've ridden a total of 6 times in 12 years.
Fastest in my age group, ever.
106 out of 6300 all time.
Felt amazing.

Tthere's no way I'd dare do it if I hadn't had the...

... proper mental image of who I am.

I'm not going to tell you I'm the greatest coach ever, or that this plan will turn you into Tadej...

... but, I will promise you this.
