... all on two wheels.
Later, as an adult, the idea of staying in shape to keep up with the kids took root.
Thank heavens it did.
Can't imagine what their teen years woulda been like if I couldn't show 'em how it's done.
Maybe it wasn't max-fitness, but for sure I was in much better shape than most of my peers...
... and that meant bigger and better adventures for the family.
Training has more meaning when there is a finish line involved...
