YESTERDAY MORNING I COULD BARELY WALK DOWN A SET OF STAIRS.  Today, totally different.  Why, you ask? How is this possible?...

... I even PR'd a healthy chunk of mountain.

Yep.

First off, that section I PR'd included the nasty Powerline climb.  

I've only cleaned it twice.  

Never in the race.

It's so heinous, when you see it in front of you...

... you just want to dump you bike, and cry.

Even fresh.

I geared down and took it in sections like the Gentleman told me to do.

I tell you that in the hopes you'll up your recovery game.  It's so important, at any age.

There are 3 things I do for recovery..  
  • A Recovery Drink, or food.
  • Stretch
  • Extras like rolling, massage, etc.
