I smiled back and wished her well.
She wasn't flirting with me, I don't think.
But, her assessment wasn't quite accurate.
What she couldn't appreciate was the miles I've logged,
the discipline I've learned to exercise,
the wonderful feelings in my body,
the challenges I've faced,
the skills I've developed.
I wasn't making it look easy...

And that is all the difference,
