... they've never gotten me to where I want to go.

It took me a long time to figure this out, and I don't want you to waste all that time if you can avoid it.

So, here goes.

The 10- week challenge is all about doing:

• consistently
• over time

That's it.

The goal is to do the work, every day, for 10-weeks.

That we can control.

Winning?

Can't control that.
Can't control the competition.
Can't control the weather pattern.
Can't control countless things on RaceDay...

... but, we can control what we do ever day to get ready.
