COURAGE
COURAGE IS BEING SCARED TO DEATH BUT SADDLING UP ANYWAY. A famous man was known for that saying, and nobody doubted he had plenty of courage.
The more we saddle up, the less courage we need.
Bar-to-bar racing in a screaming pack, dropping down a skinny single track, starting a 100 mile race across dirt roads... the terrifying becomes common, we gain confidence.
Be scared,
Saddle up,
Confidence and skills
are just around the corner.
I learned that from my daughter. I'm glad she's home.
