... there's one noodle that must be a staple.
It's not noodle the word.
I'm talking about noodle the verb.
Which is exactly what I needed after a very punishing breakfast of pounding out 57 miles and 4500' feet of climbing with some of the fastest cats in town.
... wouldn't you agree?
At the apex of the final climb, I shut 'er down...
... coasting down to the coast,
then along the coast,
then a friendly snack,
and on home.
HR for the last 15 miles and 500' never got over 118, and dipped as low as 92. Ave speed 13.
That my friends is noodling...
... and I don't think we do enough of it.
Cruising.
People watching.
Barely touchin' them pedals.
Waiting patiently for the little ol' lady to cross the street.
Not cracking a sweat.
Not breathing hard.
Just chilling.
