I had plenty of time, but only needed to do 2 hours of sweet spot training.
Normally, I don't do that.

... gotta be in the proper zone with in 10' of leaving the house.
Saturday went so well,
today I took it pretty chill to the start of my intervals.
Another solid workout.
The point of all this is now I have something new...
