... what if you were nothing but pure muscle, what could you do?!
A few I've incorporated:
- God-like Herschel Walker got me to do pushups.
- Christopher McDougall's Natural Born Heroes, pull ups.
- Knees Over Toes Guy's 40" vertical leap, squats.
- Phil Maffeton, doing all three every day.
Sometimes I get a product idea, like the Giant RaceDay Bag™ I'm working on. It started as a project for football players. Yeah, and they have even more gear than we do...
... it's gonna be big!
