QUANTITY

I created this journal for us, those who aspire to be RaceDay ReadyTM for life. What does that mean?

It means that on any given day, if called upon, we are ready to race. We are strong and capable: physically, mentally, spiritually, and socially. I call this being a well-rounded square, and it is the basis of all great athletic endeavors.

This journal is a daily practice, and best completed first thing in the morning. Before the world oozes in and starts distracting us, we need to be clear on what we want to accomplish.

Along with recording our daily stats, we are going to write like we have never written before, and we are going to gain new clarity and insights along the way from our creator. For some of you this will dovetail nicely with your current religious or spiritual beliefs, others may want to hit the brakes and throw this in the trash.

Whichever way you lean on that spectrum I only ask that you give this a try because I have seen lives change, including my own.

Here’s how to use this journal.

Grab a pen and start writing for 30 minutes.

Go with a pure stream of consciousness, whatever comes to mind. Good, bad. Ugly, beautiful. Write knowing you will NEVER SHARE what you have written.

Some of us, trash the journals when complete. Others have been known to burn them. I keep them hidden. We do this not because some deep secrets are written, though they might be, because the thoughts we end up writing about are deeply personal and ultimately sacred.

I promise you by the time this journal is full you will be a new person with a more clear vision of how to accomplish your priorities and dreams.

If that is not the case, I will happily refund you in full. Love,
Todd.

Morning routine

My Raceday Ready Journal has become one of the most important ways to learn about myself, how I feel both on and off the bike. It is a perfect size to write about daily activities and personal experiences throughout the day.

Great concept

I would do a few changes to the actual format of the journal. But it is well made and great concept.
