The CLASSIC is 16.5 X 10 X 11. (featured in video below - great for single day)
The XL is 20 X13 X 13.5. XL comes with padded, backpack style straps. Perfect for multi-day event or full-face helmet and pads.
The PRO (most popular). Same as the XL with 2 additional pockets. One pocket is on the bottom for wet/dirty gear - big enough for a wetsuit - includes a giant ZipLoc bag. The other pocket is on the inside of the shoe panel and holds 3 water bottles.

Jake Mastera I bought this bag for NICA race weekends as I didn't have anything that would hold riding shoes plus a helmet as well as accessories. The personalization looks great and is more than just slapping a sticker/patch on. The only "downside" is I struggle to get the shoes and helmet back in their designated spaces after our pre-ride on Saturday when I have other stuff in the bag. I have some luck with turning the bag upside down during this, but it's clear that this bag was designed with a single day race in mind rather than my use. I also noticed as soon as I took the bag out of the packaging that the zipper pulls are extremely loud and cheap sounding, when you move the bag at all or place it down the jingle quite loudly. I opted to just cut those off and replace them with some cheap U Shape zipper pulls and it's much better. I'll use this bag every race weekend, it's the perfect size for all riding stuff plus snacks.
