Custom Name

I love the customization of the bag. Having my last name splayed for all to see while at races keeps my bag clearly separate from any one else’s that just may have the same the same one.
What I’m not crazy about is the flimsy material I expected it to be a little more durable like tiptop for the price. I hope it holds up!

Got it for my wife’s birthday. She likes it and has used it for 3 races so far to keep her organized.

I like the labels but the bag is a bit flimsy

After working with the Pedal team for a custom team bag design, the 2 bags I received were sewn incorrectly. After requesting corrected bags, one of two was correct. The confidence in their ability to produce consistent product is gone. I expected I was going to get support from a sales contact and was later directed to a customer support team to return the incorrect bags. Inconvenient and frustrating that I have to re-initiate my concerns when the issue was documented and communicated through the sales rep. The bags are functional but I haven’t used them due to poor quality control on the assembly and sewing. Lesson learned: keep your custom design simple if you want a successful outcome.

I can’t say enough good things about this bag I LOVE it. It will come in handy on race day. Customer service is amazing as well!
