Chris While it was a little bit of a journey, I cannot fault this company or its ethos.
Being from Australia the price to purchase and ship the bag was expensive. However, I did and still believe upon receiving the bag that this is one of the best on the market (quality, aesthetics, and function).
The original bag had some stitching issues, which I communicated with Pedal Industries. After some delay in responses, another bag was issued for delivery.
I have not received the new bag as of yet, but have no doubt it will be to the high standard they claim. Even with the 'faulty' bag I originally received, it is a fantastic bag and perfect for any athlete's demands.
I highly recommend and appreciate Pedal Industries.

David Stclair I'm excited to put this bag through its paces at my next IM event. Currently i use 1 big bag with a smaller bag for each leg of the event. It works but I always forget something. This bag has it all organized in an easy to carry backpack. I'm stoked for the next event.

I had everything I needed and didn't panic on my way to transition in the morning.
I unpacked and got ready, folded bag up and put in "morning bag" (the bag you put other items in at the start line that will be at the finish line)
Then, after the race, I loaded it up and rode off with it on my back.
Very lightweight but durable bag.
It was nice to know I had everything I needed.
