Each application should last between 150 - 300 miles. *Longevity depends greatly on weather conditions and the condition of your drivetrain.
IMPORTANT - apply to a chain free of dirt AND oil.

- Shake bottle of Liquid Lube.
- Lightly apply on each roller (inner).
- Massage into chain.
- Allow to dry prior to riding.
