The CLASSIC is 16.5 X 10 X 11. (featured in video below - great for single day)
The XL is 20 X13 X 13.5. XL comes with padded, backpack style straps. Perfect for multi-day event or full-face helmet and pads.
The PRO (most popular size). Same as the XL with 2 additional pockets. One pocket is on the bottom for wet/dirty gear - big enough for a wetsuit - includes a giant ZipLoc bag. The other pocket is on the inside of the shoe panel and holds 3 water bottles.

jay gromaski I like the bag. I would like a carrying strap for the duffle instead of the two handles. The handles seem a little long. The bag is high quality. For a running race day I use a towel and an post race clothes. It seems a little small for this when I put my race clothes and the post race clothes in the bag. I would have gotten the larger bag for this reason next time.

Linda McCalmant Haven’t had a chance to use it in a race, but it should work well and I feel I will be much more organized. I like the yellow interior to contrast with the black exterior making it bright and easy to find things inside. Also appreciated the ongoing communication when UPS lost my initial order!
