The CLASSIC is 16.5 X 10 X 11. (featured in video below - great for single day)
The XL is 20 X13 X 13.5. XL comes with padded, backpack style straps. Perfect for multi-day event or full-face helmet and pads.
The PRO (new for '19!). Same as the XL with 2 additional pockets. One pocket is on the bottom for wet/dirty gear - big enough for a wetsuit - includes a giant ZipLoc bag. The other pocket is on the inside of the shoe panel and holds 3 water bottles.
The GIANT (new for '22!) is 24" x 14" x 16". This bag is a beast. Developed for football teams to carry all their pads and gear. Same layout as the The PRO bag, just a heck of a lot bigger for long trips or races where a lot of gear is needed.

Jeff Davis I think the overall concept of the bag is great. Different compartments for organization, labels are great for remembering everything, but the size of the bag just isn't there for a "raceday" bag. There is no way I could fit a wetsuit, towel, cycling shoes, running shoes, aero helmet, AND all of the other smaller gear that I'll need on raceday.

Ely Wilkinson This bag is a great upgrade from the small Patagonia black hole bag I used before. With the dividers and labels, everything is right where it says it is. I also really like the dirty clothes sleeve and giant plastic bag to put all your nasties in after you're done.
