TAKING TIME TO RIDE FAST

TO BE FASTER THAN 99% of the competition, we need to value our 1%.  Or, maybe several 1%s.  Assuming we sleep for 8 hours, Do you?...

... we have 960 waking minutes.

One measly 1% block of our waking hours is 9.6 minutes.

What can we do with 1% of our day to get faster?

  • Chop and prep a fresh salad
  • Stretch
  • A massage or Hypervolt session
  • Meditate
  • Clean and lube our chains
  • Check our tires and brake pads
  • PushUps and PullUps and Squats

Most of the things, like those above, we can do in less than 10 minutes...

... yet, we act like it'll take hours.

I do.

Maybe you don't.

It's not a question of if we have the time to get faster, but...

... will we use what we have correctly?
